Roster Moves Activate Maslonka, Move Adamek and LaFrance to IR

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, the proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and American Hockey League's Springfield Falcons, announced defenseman Milan Maslonka (MEE-lan mas-LAWN-kah) has been activated off the injured reserve list, defenseman Mark Adamek (adam-ECK) has been placed on the three-day injured reserve list and rookie center Toby LaFrance (la-FRAHNTZ) has been placed on the seven-day injured reserve list.

Maslonka, 22, has skated in four games for the Thunder this year, registering one assist and 12 penalty minutes. The 6-foot-7, 245-pound blueliner played in 56 games for the Youngstown Steelhounds of the Central Hockey League last season, amassing 298 penalty minutes and posting seven points (3g-4a). Maslonka earned a call-up during the season to the Albany River Rats (AHL) during the year, posting two penalty minutes in one game.

The Thunder's active roster currently stands at 20 players (2 goaltenders, 18 skaters).
