SAN JOSE, Calif. (May 26, 2005) – For the third consecutive year, San Jose WR/LB James Roe was tabbed as a member of the Arena Football League's All-Ironman team after another solid season on both offense and defense, the league announced today.

Roe (6-1, 198, Norfolk St.) finished the season as the top receiver in the league's most potent offense, hauling in 116 passes—a new team-record—for 1,440 yards and 30 touchdowns. Roe tied his career-high in receiving yards, which matches the second-highest total in team history, and fell just 24 yards shy of tying the team record. His 30 touchdowns are tied for third-most in team history.

Roe also ranked in the top 10 in the league in receptions, receiving yards, TD receptions and receiving yards per game (90.0).

The five-year AFL veteran started all 16 games for San Jose and contributed 24.5 tackles, two tackles for a loss, two pass breakups and an interception on defense.
