Rockport Native Blake Monar Returns as Otters Are Going for Sweep

(EVANSVILLE, INDIANA) - The Evansville Otters (22-14) are looking for a sweep and their sixth straight win on Sunday when they play the Schaumburg Boomers (20-18).
First pitch is set for 5:05 pm CDT at historic Bosse Field in Evansville, Indiana.
Fans wishing to purchase tickets for the game can call the Otters box office at 812-435-8686. Reserve seats are $9 and general admission tickets are $6.
Fans not going to the game can listen live on WUEV 91.5 FM and WUEV.org . Play by play announcer Mike Radomski and color commentator Bill McKeon will have the call beginning at 4:45 pm CDT.
It is WOW! Night at Bosse Field and also Selfie Sunday! Schaumburg will have RHP Seth Webster on the mound (2-2, 3.15 ERA) against Rockport, Indiana native and Otters lefty Blake Monar (SEASON DEBUT).
Evansville is 8-8 all time against the Boomers. The Otters were 3-6 against Schaumburg in 2013 but 4-2 in the Boomers inaugural season of 2012.
Outfielder Chris Elder is on a five game hitting streak. Catcher David Cruz and infielder Josh Allen have hit in three straight games.
