Four members of the Kelowna Rockets delivered thousands of teddy bears to Kelowna General Hospital on Sunday, a day after the Rockets 3rd Annual Teddy Bear Toss on Saturday night at Prospera Place.

Tyson Baillie, Riley Stadel, Tomas Soustal and Rodney Southam delivered bears to patients in KGH's rehab and pediatric wards on Sunday.

Several thousand bears were tossed on the ice on Saturday night, when Dillon Dube scored the Rockets first goal of the night.

While there was no official total on the number of bears KGH officials said they will be used in all wards at the hospital as well as delivered to patients in other health facilities in Kelowna.
