Road Runners assign pair to Greenville

The Edmonton Road Runners have assigned forward Marty St. Pierre and goaltender Mike Morrison to the ECHL's Greenville Grrrowl.

St. Pierre, a 5'9", 185-pound centre recorded seven points (4-3-7) and eight penalty minutes in 18 games with the Road Runners. Prior to his recall, St. Pierre played 33 games with the Grrrowl, notching 38 points (10-28-38) and 45 penalty minutes. The Embrun, Ontario native was selected to play in the 2005 ECHL All-Star Game but was unable to play due to his recall by the Road Runners.

Morrison, a native a Medford, Massachusetts, has played 14 games with the Road Runners this season, posting a 2-5-5 record with a 1.73 goals against average and a .939 save percentage. In 17 games with the Grrrowl this season, Morrison's posted a 9-5-2 record with a 2.67 goals against average and a .923 save percentage.
