Griffins announce Clear Day roster

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League on Friday released their 2004-05 Clear Day roster.
According to AHL by-laws, only those 22 players listed on a team's Clear Day roster are eligible to compete in the remaining four weeks of the 2004-05 AHL regular season and in the 2005 Calder Cup Playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall, injury or suspension. Teams may also add signed junior players or players on amateur tryout contracts, only after their respective junior or college seasons are complete.
The Griffins' Clear Day roster consists of goaltenders Joey MacDonald and Drew MacIntyre; defensemen Greg Amadio, Mark Eaton, Bryan Helmer, Jon Insana, Niklas Kronwall, Brett Lebda, Derek Meech and Travis Richards; and forwards Ryan Barnes, Darryl Bootland, Matt Ellis, Ernie Hartlieb, Eric Himelfarb, Jiri Hudler, Tomas Kopecky, Eric Manlow, Kip Miller, Jeff Panzer, Blake Sloan and Peter Vandermeer.
