
Rivermen in the Community this Holiday Season

The Peoria Rivermen will be out and about this entire Holiday Season and invite you to come out and meet your favorite players at various locations around Central Illinois in December.
Thursday, December 6 is your chance to meet Micki DuPont and Michal Birner at the Hotel Pere Marquette when they stop by Carnegie's 501 restaurant and bar for happy hour from 5-7 pm.
Saturday, December 8 Charles Linglet and Julian Talbot will be hanging out with the fans at Sully's Downtown Pub and Café following the game against the Quad City Flames that night.
Monday, December 10 Jean-Guy Trudel and Roman Polak will be signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans from 7 - 8 pm at Dunham's Sporting Goods on University Ave.
Other Rivermen appearances this month include heading to Northwoods Mall at the Crittendon Crisis Nursery Center's Stocking Stuffers Shop from 3:45 - 5 pm; Children's Hospital of Illinois on Thursday, December 13 from 2:30 - 3:30 pm; and Monday, December 17 at Steger's Furniture in Pekin from 6 - 7 pm.

The Rivermen will take on the Quad City Flames Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8 at 7 pm. Friday's game will feature the team's Third Annual Teddy Bear Toss and is Coca-Cola 2-for-$22 night. Saturday is "Coats for Kids Night" in conjunction with the Salvation Army, and fans are encouraged to bring warm winter clothing for donation that night. Saturday is also "Playful Vegas Escape" Night, with a pair of lucky fans winning a trip to Las Vegas including airfare, hotel, and dinner for two! Must be 21 to enter, and the winner will be selected during the second intermission of Saturday night's game.
