
RiverKings Trade Miller to Dayton for Futures

SOUTHAVEN, MS --- The Mississippi RiverKings of the Central Hockey League have announced they have traded forward Matt Miller to the Dayton Gems for future considerations.
Miller scored four goals and had 13 points to go with 61 penalty minutes in 31 appearances for Mississippi this season.
Next action for the RiverKings is this weekend in a two-game series against the Bucks in Laredo this Friday and Saturday nights, January 7th and 8th. Broadcast coverage is available on Sports 56, WHBQ-AM Friday night and on Saturday night on 87.7 FM, "The Pig," starting at 7:15 PM both nights.
There will be no Coach's Show from O'Charley's Restaurant in Southaven this coming Monday night, due to the CHL All-Star break. The next Coach's Show program on Sports 56, WHBQ-AM will be on Monday, January 17th.
Next home action for the RiverKings will be on Tuesday, January 18th, against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs at the DeSoto Civic Center. Game time is 7:05 PM and Hockey For Humanity is the night's featured non-profit MVP.
