RiverKings Open Weekend At Allen Tonight

SOUTHAVEN, MS --- The Mississippi RiverKings are set to start the hockey weekend against the Americans in Allen, Texas, tonight at 7:30 PM. Broadcast coverage of tonight's game with Media Coordinator Bob Bakken begins at 7:15 PM this evening on Sports 56, WHBQ-AM and CHL-TV.

The RiverKings will be back home on Saturday night, February 6, to take on long-time Central Hockey League rival Wichita Thunder at 7:05 PM at the DeSoto Civic Center in South.
It's "Guns and Hoses Night," celebrating local law enforcement and firefighters. Southland Park Gaming and Racing is also featured, along with the night's non-profit MVP, Mid-South Greyhound Adoption Option.
Special night jerseys will be auctioned off after the game, along with a post-game skate for fans after the contest.
