Ritchie Named November Player of the Month

Brandon, MB - The Brandon Wheat Kings in partnership with TELUS are proud to announce that Nolan Ritchie has been named the Player of the Month for November.

Ritchie was red hot in the month of November, scoring three times and adding 11 assists for 14 points to move into the team lead in scoring.

The Brandonite also had a +8 rating and 27 shots on goal last month. The award-winning stretch also featured a six-game point scoring streak and points in eight of the nine games played.

This award is presented to the Wheat King, who best demonstrates success - both on and off the ice - as a teammate and role model in the community.

TELUS will present Nolan with this monthly award during the first intermission of this Friday's game at Westoba Place against the visiting Edmonton Oil Kings.
