Tonight's Matchup: The Brandon Wheat Kings and Edmonton Oil Kings meet for the second time this season. Edmonton is coming off a big victory over Winnipeg on Wednesday night, while Brandon had a three-game win streak snapped in Moose Jaw the same night. These two teams met back on October 22nd in Edmonton, the Oil Kings picked up a 9-2 win that night.
Last Time Out: 2-1 L @ Moose Jaw: Ben Thornton scored his first goal since October, but a mental lapse in the second period cost the Wheat Kings on Wednesday night. The Warriors scored twice in 0:38 and it turned out to be the difference in a 2-1 victory.

NEWS & NOTES:
Ben is Back: After missing the entire month of November with a shoulder injury, Ben Thornton is finally healthy and back in the lineup. The former first round bantam draft pick scored his first goal since October 13th in Wednesday's loss in Moose Jaw.
Heavy Workload: Ethan Kruger has started 11 of the last 12 games for the Wheat Kings, picking up seven wins along the way. Kruger missed almost a month of the season due to a lower body injury, but is back in fine form, winning the WHL Goalie of the Week honours last week.
World Junior Shuffle: Seven players that would otherwise be in the game tonight are off plying their trade for their home country. Ridly Greig and Vinny Iorio are joined by Dylan Guenther, Jake Neighbours, Kaiden Guhle & Sebastien Cossa at Team Canada's World Junior Selection Camp, while Oil Kings forward Jakub Demek is set to join the Czech national team.
