Reign Offense Regains Some Firepower

ONTARIO, Calif.- The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings, announced today that forward C.J. Stretch has returned to the team from his second call-up to the Houston Aeros of the AHL.

Stretch, 22, has two assists in seven games with the Aeros this season. On February 4, Stretch assisted on the game-tying goal and netted a shootout goal in a 5-4 win against the Lake Erie Monsters.

The center returns to lead the Reign in points, thus far accumulating 44 points (19g, 25a) in 40 games this season.

The Irvine, Calif. native signed with the Reign during the 2009-10 season playing in just one game, where he scored his first professional career goal. He re-signed with the team for the 2010-11 season appearing in 46 games and recording 21 points (9g, 12a).
