Tonight's Game-- The RedHawks begin a season-long 12-game road trip tonight with their first matchup against the Reno Aces at 8:35 p.m. The RedHawks look to extend their current win streak to a season-best six games.

Last Game-- The RedHawks hit four home runs and finished a four-game sweep of the Tucson Padres with a 7-4 win Tuesday afternoon at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Mike Hessman became the second RedHawk this year with a multi-homer game. The first baseman hit a three-run shot in the first inning off the LED board past the left field bleachers to give the RedHawks an early 3-0 edge. Tucson scored in the second and took the lead with three runs in the third. Sawyer Carroll's two-run single with two outs gave the Padres a 4-3 lead. Scott Moore ended an 0-for-18 drought with a homer to the Devon Energy Deck in right field in the fourth inning to tie the game. A day after hitting a walk-off home run, Brad Snyder hit the go-ahead home run off Nick Vincent (0-1) to lead off the sixth inning and put the RedHawks in front 5-4. Hessman hammered his second homer in the seventh-a two-run shot out to center field to finish the scoring. Mickey Storey (1-2) earned his first win with 3.1 innings of scoreless relief.

Today's Probable Pitchers-- Coming off his best start of the season, Paul Clemens makes his eighth start...Saturday against Tucson, Clemens went a season-best seven innings...Not only did he not allow a run, but he didn't even let a runner reach second base...Clemens retired the final 15 hitters as well as set a season high with six strikeouts...It was an encouraging start for Clemens who allowed 15 runs and 20 hits over just 5.1 IP in his previous two starts combined...In his other five starts, Clemens has only surrendered six runs total...Clemens is in his first full year in Triple-A, as well as with the Astros after he came over from Atlanta as one of four players in exchange for Michael Bourn during last year's trade deadline...Reno's Barry Enright is having a fine 2012 campaign...He is ninth in the PCL in ERA (3.14) and is first on the team with 24 strikeouts and second with 43.0 IP...Enright had his roughest outing of the season last time out in Memphis...He gave up a season-high six runs and eight hits--including three homers--over five innings...Enright is limiting opponents to a .185 mark with runners in scoring position...He has made 24 starts of the last two seasons for Arizona, going 7-11 with a 4.87 ERA.

Homer Happy-- The RedHawks slugged a season-high four home runs on Tuesday, marking the first time they went deep four times in a game since August 4, 2011 in Las Vegas. Overall, they've hit 16 homers in their last 11 games and are tied for third in the PCL with 38 home runs.

Winner, Winner-- Fresh off their second sweep of the season, the RedHawks have matched their season-best win streak by taking their last five straight. (April 6-10 was the other occurrence.) The RedHawks last won six straight August 25-30, 2011. However, they enter tonight's contest on a five-game road losing streak.

Busting Out-- After being held to three runs and 13 hits over the first three games of the homestand, the RedHawks have scored 23 runs with 43 hits over their last four games.

Hail Hessman-- RedHawks first baseman Mike Hessman is the active leader in career minor league home runs. His 336 blasts are almost 100 more than Val Pascucci of Buffalo, who is second on the list with 239. Combined with his homers from the Majors and Japan, Hessman has a total of 356 career home runs since beginning his professional career in 1996.

Plenty of Paredes-- After going 1-for-19 his previous five games, Jimmy Paredes is 10-for-17 with one home run and five RBIs his last four games. He leads the team with 12 multi-hit games and nine stolen bases, and he is second with 42 hits. Sunday he went 4-for-5 to become just the second RedHawk along with Brian Bixler to record four or more hits in a game twice this season.

Carpenter Comes Back-- In order to make room on the roster for Jordan Lyles, the Astros optioned David Carpenter to the RedHawks on Tuesday. Last season, Carpenter pitched 19 scoreless innings over 19 appearances with OKC. He allowed just 14 hits, struck out 21, and was 9-for-9 in save chances before being called up to Houston.

Saving the Day-- After closing out Tuesday's game, Jose Valdez is 8-for-8 in save opportunities this season. Last year he went 9-for-9.

You Better Think Twice-- The RedHawks have caught 20 of 42 attempted base stealers for a 47.6% caught stealing rate, easily the best in the PCL. (Sacramento is next at 38.5%.) Landon Powell ranks first in the league, going 9-for-15, and Carlos Corporan is second with a 11-for-27 mark.

Against the Aces-- Since these teams are in opposing conferences, this will be the only series between the two clubs in 2012...Last season the RedHawks took three of four in OKC, with each game decided by three runs or less (two by one run)...Reno hit just .209 during the series...In their only other trip to Reno, the RedHawks dropped three of four in 2009...The Aces have been hot lately, winning 9 of their last 12 games, including an eight-game win streak May 4-11.
