Redbirds, Sky Sox Postponed in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wednesday night's contest between the Memphis Redbirds and Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Security Service Field was postponed due to unplayable field conditions.
The game will be made up as part of a 4:30 p.m. CT doubleheader on Thursday, when the two teams play a pair of seven-inning contests.
Memphis will send left-hander Nick Additon (8-6, 4.04) to the mound in the twinbill opener against left-hander Nick Schmidt (4-3, 4.79). Right-hander Scott McGregor (4-8, 5.20) will face Sky Sox righty Chris Volstad (6-4, 4.79) in the nightcap.
