
Red Wings Announce Upcoming Promotions

Rochester Red Wings News Release
Rochester, NY) - The first-place Red Wings return to Frontier Field for a brief two-game weekend set against the Syracuse Chiefs beginning Saturday, August 3 at 7:05 p.m. The short series features a post-game fireworks show Saturday and Super Hero Day on Sunday.
Be sure to catch the red-hot Wings this weekend because following Sunday's game, the Red Wings will hit the road for an 11-game, 12-day road trip and won't return to the Flower City until Saturday, August 17.
Tickets for all upcoming games are still available and can be purchased at the Red Wings ticket office, over the phone at (585) 423-WING (9464) or online at RedWingsBaseball.com.
Saturday's game (7:05 p.m.; 5:30 p.m. gates) is highlighted by a spectacular post-game fireworks show presented by ESL Federal Credit Union. It's also our annual Girl Scout Sleepover where local scouts enjoy a night under the stars at Frontier Field.
The quick two-game set wraps up on Sunday (1:05 p.m.; 12:00 p.m. gates) on Super Hero Day at Frontier Field. The first 500 kids will receive a comic book grab bag courtesy of 1st Print Comics.
The first 2,500 fans will also receive a magnet of 2009 AL MVP Joe Mauer presented by The Principal Financial Group.
As with every Sunday home game, all kids 14 and under can run the bases with Spikes and Mittsy following the game courtesy of Chili's Bar & Grill.
Fans can also enjoy fantastic nightly food specials at the Frontier Field concession stands and get an autograph from their favorite Red Wings player prior to every home game courtesy of the Hillside Family of Agencies.
