
Rebels Make Trade With Swift Current

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, Owner/President of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today that 18-year old goaltender Morgan Clark was traded to the Swift Current Broncos for a 5th round pick in the 2010 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft. Clark is in his third year in the WHL and was a 7th round pick of the Vancouver Canucks in the 2008 National Hockey League Entry Draft.
Additionally, the Rebels have added 16-year old goaltender Cam Gorchynski to their roster. Gorchynski was playing with the Fraser Valley Bruins of the B.C. Major Midget Hockey League and was the Rebels 5th round selection in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft.
