Rampage Recall Justin Hamonic from Komets

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage announced today that defenseman Justin Hamonic has been recalled from the club's ECHL affiliate, the Fort Wayne Komets.

Hamonic, 21, began training camp with the Rampage before being reassigned to Fort Wayne on Oct. 5. In 39 contests with the Komets, he's recorded a goal and five assists. Hamonic spent last season with the Tri-City Americans (WHL), where he tallied a goal and 18 assists in 72 games. At the conclusion of the WHL season, Hamonic joined the Alaska Aces (ECHL) and played in four games.

The Rampage host the Texas Stars on Friday, Feb. 5 at 7:30 p.m., which will be the team's annual Pink in the Rink game, presented by On Time Elmer. Season tickets for the 2016-17 campaign are on sale now. For more information, call a Rampage representative at 210-444-5554 or visit sarampage.com.
