The Ontario Reign wrapped up a three-game road trip this week against the Stockton Heat and San Diego Gulls and hosted the Manitoba Moose in the final game before the AHL All-Star Classic for a week record of 2-0-1-0, improved the overall record to 26-10-3-1 and are currently riding a seven-game unbeaten streak (6-0-1-0). The Reign enter the All-Star break in the top position of the Pacific Division and the Western Conference.

Goaltender Peter Budaj picked up the shutout, his sixth of the season, making 21 saves.

Budaj carried his performance into Saturday's tilt against the Moose at Citizens Business Bank Arena, making 19 saves for his AHL-leading seventh shutout in a 4-0 victory.
