Hartford Wolf Pack News Release
The Wolf Pack (23-20-2-0, 48 pts., .533 pts. percentage) stretched a winning streak to eight games, the second-longest in franchise history, with a 3-1 victory at Atlantic Division-leading Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Wednesday night, before seeing the streak end Friday night at home, in a 4-1 loss to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The Pack then headed into the AHL All-Star break on a winning note, defeating the St. John's IceCaps by a score of 4-1 on Saturday night, in front of a season-high crowd of 9,544 at the XL Center. Wolf Pack scoring leader Chad Nehring (15-16-31) had his first career AHL multiple-goal game Saturday, with two tallies, and veteran centerman Travis Oleksuk had points in all three of the week's games (1-2-3).

This week:
The Wolf Pack return from the All-Star break with a pair of road games this weekend. The Pack travel to Portland to take on the Pirates this Friday, February 5, for a 7:00 PM game, and then head to Albany on Saturday, for a 5:00 date with the Devils.
Friday, February 5 at the Portland Pirates (Florida) at the Cross Insurance Arena, 7:00 PM
- This is the fifth of ten meetings on the year between the Wolf Pack and Pirates. The two clubs have split the first four battles, with Portland winning the first two at home and the Wolf Pack taking the last pair at the XL Center.
- The Pirates went into the All-Star break five points ahead of the Wolf Pack in the Atlantic Division, with a record of 26-16-1-0 for 53 points and a .616 points percentage. Portland's last action before the break was a 6-2 loss at Springfield Saturday night.
- Pirate goaltender Mike McKenna has won 15 of his last 16 decisions and ranks third in the AHL in wins (21-8-1, 2.29, 91.7, 1 SHO).

Saturday, February 6 at the Albany Devils (New Jersey) at the Times Union Center, 5:00 PM
- The Devils come into the week second in the North Division, with a record of 24-12-7-0 for 55 points and a .640 points percentage, but have won just one of their last eight games (1-4-3-0).
- This is the second-to-last game of a six-game season series between the Wolf Pack and the Devils, and the Wolf Pack have taken the last two after losses in the first two. In their only previous visit to Albany January 10, the Wolf Pack skated off with a 3-2 overtime victory.
- Veteran Devil defenseman Dan Kelly (3-10-13 in 40 GP) has four of his 13 total points on the season against the Wolf Pack, with 1-3-4, making him Albany's co-leading scorer in the season series with forward Corey Tropp (3-1-4).

Sonar, the Wolf Pack's lovable mascot, will be entertaining Lake Garda students, as they get pumped for an upcoming school outing to a Wolf Pack home game.

Wolf Pack community relations and game presentation maven Frank Berrian will be speaking with students as part of the HP4K program.
- Saturday, February 6, 12:00 noon, CT Convention Center, 100 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT Sonar will be a celebrity guest, alongside the likes of SpongeBob SquarePants, at the annual IHeartRadio Kids Fair.
- Sunday, February 7, 12:00 noon, NWHL's CT Whale, 1 Independence Way, Danbury, CT Sonar and Wolf Pack staff will be meeting and greeting fans at the CT Whale's home game vs. the Buffalo Beauts.

Pack Tracks:
The Wolf Pack's next home game is Friday, February 12, when the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins invade the XL Center for a 7:15 PM game. It being a Friday night, fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $2 beers through the start of the second period.
The Wolf Pack have 11 Sunday home games this year, and all of those will feature the Wolf Pack's "Click It or Ticket Family Value Pack". The Family Value Pack includes two tickets, two sodas and two hot dogs, all for just $35. The Wolf Pack's next Sunday home date is February 14, when the Rochester Americans visit for a 3:00 PM game.
Every Wednesday-night Wolf Pack home game in 2015-16 is a "Winning Wednesday". If the Wolf Pack win at home on a Wednesday night, fans can show their Winning Wednesday ticket at the Agera Energy Ticket Office at the XL Center and receive a free ticket to the next Wolf Pack home game (some restrictions apply). The Wolf Pack's next Wednesday home outing is February 17, a 7:00 PM game vs. the Providence Bruins.
Tickets for all remaining 2015-16 Wolf Pack home games are now on sale at the XL Center ticket office, on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and by phone at (877) 522-8499. Tickets purchased in advance for kids 12 or younger have been reduced to $10 this season, and all tickets will have a $2 day-of-game increase.
