Today's Game: Tonight's intra-divisional contest marks the first of a five-game road stand—the Rampage's second longest of the season (till February when the team vacates for the Stock Show & Rodeo)... The Rampage have garnered nine points in their last six games, as the Rampage defeated Milwaukee in a shootout on Thursday, snapping a two-game losing streak to the Admirals in an 11-day span... The Rampage sit 3rd in the West Division and 6th overall in the Western Conference... The Rampage have the second-most games played in the division (second to Houston) entering tonight's contest.

Against Grand Rapids Griffins: Tonight's game marks the second time that the Rampage visit Grand Rapids at Van Andel Arena this year... It's the fourth meeting (of eight) between the two clubs this season... San Antonio is 1-1-0-1 this so far this season against the division rivals, while going 7-12-1-3 all-time... Juraj Kolnik leads the Rampage with 12 points (4-8-12) in 14 lifetime games against Grand Rapids as well as leading the club this season with five points (2-3-5) in three games... The Rampage pace Grand Rapids in the division standings by a point with 14.

REMEMBERING THE GOOD TIMES: Rampage center Nathan Horton scored his first AHL point (goal) in the last meeting against Grand Rapids on Oct. 30. It was Horton's second game played since his signing. Horton, who's been scoreless since, looks to end the four-game drought.

ROOKIE ON A RAMPAGE: Greg Jacina ranks in the top five in four rookie statistical categories...T-2nd in goals (5), T-3rd in power play goals (2), 2nd in shooting percentage (.238), and T-5th in points (8).

THE WEST WING: Entering tonight's game, San Antonio has played 10 games against a team in the West Division. The Rampage, who are 5-3-2-0 against their division rivals, are slated to play 56 contests against their division foes this season. In addition, San Antonio will face two Atlantic Division opponents (HFD, WOR) totaling four games, one East Division opponent (NOR) for four games and five North Division opponents (EDM, MTB, CLE, ROC, SYR) totaling 16 games. The Rampage, were 21-32-7-0 in 60 games against West Division opponents last season.

FIRST POINTS: Rob Globke and Grant McNeill celebrated more than just the 5-0 win over Syracuse on Nov. 5, they both notched their first's career AHL points. Globke scored assisted on Petr Taticek's game-winning goal in the first period and later scored his first goal in the second...McNeill assisted on Greg Jacina's goal with 15 seconds to play.

AUTUMN OPTIMISM: In their first two seasons the Rampage have gone a combined 8-6-7-2 in the month of November accounting for 25 points in 23 games for a .543 winning percentage. In 2002-03, San Antonio went 4-3-5-2 and followed that with a 4-3-2 record in 2003-04.

GREAT SCOTT!!!: Travis Scott is currently the active-leader in AHL career shutouts. He has 21 in 260+ career games while Maxime Ouellet is in second place with 18. Scott's last shutout came against Syracuse on November 5, 2004 (5-0) at the SBC Center...The Rampage goalie set a franchise single-game record by saving 56 shots in a 4-2 victory over Cincinnati last season (Oct. 16, 2003)

Rampage rookie Kamil Kreps scored the game-tying goal in the second frame with 14:47 remaining in the period before notching the deciding goal in the first-ever shootout in team history. Goaltender Travis Scott provided solid defense stopping 34 saves. The win marked head coach Steve Ludzik's 300th career victory. The win snapped a two-game winning streak over the defending Calder Cup Champs who was riding a five-game win streak.
