Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today a promotional packed weekend as the red hot Worcester Sharks eye a playoff spot with just six regular season games remaining.
The Sharks have won eight of their last nine games and look to clinch a spot in the Calder Cup playoffs this weekend!
On Friday, the Sharks close out the five game road trip with a 45 minute drive south to Providence for a 7:05pm faceoff vs. the Bruins.
On Saturday, the Sharks host the Providence Bruins on Fan Appreciation Night at 7pm! Take a photo with all three of the recent Boston Red Sox World Series Trophies from 6-8pm! Doors open at 3:45pm for the annual Guns N' Hoses game at 4pm. Stick around post game for a special performance by the Andy Needham Band on Faith and Family Night presented by The Q90.1 FM.
On Sunday, the Sharks host the Albany Devils at 3pm during the annual Pucks & Paws Game presented by the Holden Veterinary Clinic in partnership with WAAF! Bring your dog to the game! Kid's tickets are just $5 with the purchase of an adult ticket presented by Fisher Agencies!
