Predators Reassign Arvidsson to Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI-- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Friday that the Predators have reassigned forward Viktor Arvidsson to Milwaukee.

Arvidsson has spent the past two weeks with the Predators, his first recall to the NHL, and played in their past six games, including last night's 5-4 shoot-out loss to Vancouver. He made his NHL debut on March 21 in a 3-0 win against Buffalo and was named the game's first star.

In spite of missing the team's past six games, Arvidsson leads the Admirals in scoring with 51 points on 19 goals and 32 assists while playing in 63 games. The Skeleftia, Sweden, native is third in AHL rookie scoring and fourth in both goals and assists. He also leads the entire AHL in shots (237).

The Admirals return to the ice tonight at 6 pm CT in Cleveland against the Lake Erie Monsters. The Ads next home game is Friday night, April 3 when they play host to the Texas Stars at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
