CHARLESTON, WV (July 7, 2006) - The West Virginia Power, Class A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers have made another roster move.

Today, right handed pitcher Ryan Marion was activated from the disabled list, and right hander Wilfrido Laureano was placed on the suspended list to make room for Marion.

Marion was placed on the disabled list two weeks ago with an undisclosed injury. Marion made two starts over 14 appearances. The right hander from Greensboro, North Carolina had a 0-0 record with a save and a 7.48 ERA.

Wilfrido Laureano wad a 3-2 record with a save and a 4.27 ERA over 25 appearances before being placed on the suspended list. The reason for his suspension has not been released.

The Power will conclude the four game series against the Asheville Tourists at Appalachian Power Park on Friday night. Asheville will start left hander Zach Simons (5-7, 5.83) and the Power will start left hander Dave Welch (2-5, 2.68). The first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
