This week the Pirates unveiled the new Dodge Pick-up window at the Cumberland County Civic Center. The life size Dodge front end is located above the will-call window and is now officially known as the "Dodge Pick-up Window".

On Wednesday, December 13th Pirates players Tim Brent, Curtis Glencross, Zenon Konopka and Pierre Parenteau will visit the Hannaford location in Scarborough at 31 Hannaford Drive from 5-6 p.m. as part of the Shipyard Brewing Winter Getaway Contest. At the event, fans can enter to win a trip to the AHL All-Star Classic in Toronto, plus win Pirates tickets and prizes. In addition to the appearance, during the contest window, The Shipyard Brewing Company will donate 10 cents for each 12-pack sold to the National Kidney Foundation to ring in the holiday season.

30 Year Poster Giveaway on Friday night!

Next home game: Friday, December 15, 2006 - 7:05 PM vs. Manchester Monarchs

In celebration of 30 Years of AHL Hockey in Portland, fans will receive a commemorative poster courtesy of Atlantic Sportswear. Every Friday is Amato's Future Stars Friday! The Pirates are proud to offer the all MSHA, Middle School and High School hockey players who present your Amato's Future Stars ID card at the ticket window the day of the game or in advance will receive one (1) FREE reserved seat. AAA Insurance will also be at the game taking pictures of fans with Crackers and Salty Pete.

The first 1,000 fans will receive a pocket road atlas courtesy of AAA Insurance. Also on this night, the Pirates will be supporting the WCSH 6 Coats for Kids campaign. Fans are encouraged to bring new or used coats, mittens, or hats to the game. Anyone who donates will get a free pair of Pirates tickets.

At the conclusion of the game, there will be a "Skate with the Team" brought to you by Weight Watchers. MaineToday.com's SEEN TEAM will be at the game taking pictures of fans. One lucky fan will win a prize as the SEEN Fan of the Game.
