Moose Teddy Bear Toss nets 804 Stuffed Toys for Christmas Cheer Board

The Manitoba Moose, in conjunction with the Manitoba Moose Yearling Foundation, announced 804 stuffed toys were collected as part of the second annual Great Manitoba Moose Teddy Bear Toss presented by the Winnipeg Free Press following the conclusion of the Moose game against the Peoria Rivermen on Sunday, December 10th.

All of the 804 stuffed toys will be presented to the Christmas Cheer Board to be included in their Christmas hampers. Last season, fans donated 556 stuffed toys during the first-ever Great Manitoba Moose Teddy Bear Toss.

The Moose and the Moose Yearling Foundation would like to thank all the fans who who participated and to the Christmas Cheer Board volunteers who helped out at the game. They would also like to thank the "Build-A-Bear' program which donated 60 bears to the effort.
