Pigs Look for Second Straight Win

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will look to sweep the series from the Rochester Red Wings on Sunday afternoon. First pitch from Coca-Cola Park is slated for 1:35 p.m.

RHP Zach Eflin (1-0, 1.50) heads to the hill for the Pigs in the series finale. The right-hander got the win on Wednesday at Rochester when he allowed one run on five hits while walking two and fanning three in his six innings of work. Eflin was originally acquired by the Phillies as part of the deal that sent Jimmy Rollins to the Dodgers in December of 2014.

LHP Logan Darnell (0-1, 10.80) will be on the bump for Rochester on Sunday afternoon. The southpaw was tagged with the loss on Wednesday vs. the IronPigs after giving up six runs on seven hits to go along with three walks in seven innings of work.

After a multi-hit game on Saturday, Pigs OF Cam Perkins has now hit safely in his last four games. In that time, Perkins is hitting .467-0-3 (7-15) with two triples, a double and four runs scored.

Sunday is the first TD Bank Dog Day of the season at Coca-Cola Park. The first 1,500 fans 17 and under will also receive a Kickball presented by Adams Outdoor Advertising.
