
Pheasants Release Pitcher Stone

SIOUX FALLS- The Sioux Falls Fighting Pheasants announced Wednesday the release of starting pitcher Brad Stone.
Stone made five starts for the Pheasants this season, going 1-3 with an 8.89 ERA. The right-hander walked 11 batters and struck out 18 in 27 1/3 innings of work.
The Pheasants' roster now stands at 21 players.
The Sioux Falls Pheasants are in the midst of a six-game homestand. They host the Wichita Wingnuts at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, at Sioux Falls Stadium.
