Phantoms Announce Clear Day Roster

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Phantoms today announced their roster for the American Hockey League's Clear Day period.

According to AHL by-laws, only those 22 players (20 skaters and two goalies) listed on a team's Clear Day roster are eligible to compete in the remaining five weeks of the 2008-09 AHL regular season and in the 2009 Calder Cup Playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall, injury or suspension. Teams may also add signed junior players or players on amateur tryout contracts, but only after their respective junior or college seasons are complete.

Below is the Phantoms Clear Day roster.

Oskars Bartulis, Lasse Kukkonen, Michael Ratchuk, Nate Guenin, Danny Syvret, Sean Curry, Jason DeSantis, Ryan Parent, Nate Raduns, David Laliberte, Jonathan Matsumoto, Josh Gratton, Andreas Nodl, Matt Clackson, Patrick Maroon, Jared Ross, Boyd Kane, Darroll Powe, Jonathon Kalinski, Jeff Szwez

The Phantoms also have four players listed as "in residence" - Rob Sirianni, Josh Beaulieu, Garrett Klotz, and Rob Bellamy. These four players can play when others are unavailable due to emergency situations.

The Phantoms are next in action on Saturday when they visit the Albany River Rats in a 5:00 matchup, and then return to the Wachovia Spectrum to host Norfolk on Sunday at 5:05.

There are just nine regular season games remaining at the Wachovia Spectrum. Adult tickets are just $10 and kids tickets just $5 for the remainder of the 2008-09 season.
