Petes Fall to Fronts in First Game of Second Half

(Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough Petes returned to action for the second half of the 2018-19 regular season on Friday night, falling 6-1 to the division rival Kingston Frontenacs.

Adam Timleck opened the game's scoring with assists from Matt McNamara and Nick Robertson.

The Frontenacs would go on to score six unanswered goals.

Hunter Jones turned away 20 of 25 shots, while Tye Austin stopped 14 of 15 third period shots. The Petes were 0/3 on the power play and 3/4 on the penalty kill.

The Petes return to action on home ice on Saturday, December 29 when they host the Mississauga Steelheads at 7:05pm. Tickets are available through the Collins Barrow Box Office in person, over the phone at (705) 743-3561, and online.
