Ouellet Named to the 2013 ECHL All-Star Team

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The San Francisco Bulls Professional Hockey Team, proud affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, announced today that forward Dean Ouellet was named to the 2013 ECHL All-Star Team. He will represent the Bulls in Loveland, Colorado, home of the Colorado Eagles, during All-Star week from Jan. 22-23.

Ouellet, 25, leads all Bulls in goals (16) and points (29) in 34 games. He ranks tied for first in goals among ECHL rookies and is tied for third in points among first-year players. A native of Edmunston, New Brunswick, Ouellet played the past four seasons for the University of Moncton, leading his team in scoring for three seasons.

The 2013 ECHL All-Star Week, presented by CCM - d9, begins on Tuesday, Jan. 22 with the ECHL All-Star Skills Competition, presented by OtterBox - 43, and continues with the ECHL All-Star Game, featuring the Colorado Eagles taking on the ECHL All-Stars, on Wednesday, Jan. 23. Both events begin at 7:05 p.m. MT at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland.

The Bulls host the Colorado Eagles on Friday for Country Western Night. The first 1,000 fans, 18 and over, receive a Bulls foam cowboy hat, courtesy of the San Francisco Examiner. Fans are encouraged to wear western outfits.
