Orlando's Miller Named CCM ECHL Player of the Month

PRINCETON, N.J. - Orlando Solar Bears' forward Greg Miller has been named the CCM ECHL Player of the Month for November.

Miller scored 11 goals, added 12 assists and was a +11 in 14 games in November, helping the Solar Bears to an 8-6-0 record during the month.

The 25-year-old scored at least one point in each of the final 13 games during the month, and had eight multi-point games. Included in his multiple-point efforts were a pair of three-point games as he tallied two goals and an assist in a 4-3 win at Cincinnati on Nov. 13 and a goal and two assists in a 9-6 loss at Toledo on Nov. 28. He also posted an even or better rating in 13 of his 14 games.

A native of Toronto, Miller is tied for the ECHL lead with 13 goals and 26 points. His current 13-game point streak is the second-longest in the league this season.

Miller has 77 points (34g-43a) in 73 career ECHL games with Orlando, Bakersfield and Stockton and he has added two assists in 13 career games in the American Hockey League with Bridgeport and Oklahoma City.

Prior to turning pro, he played four seasons at Cornell University, picking up 98 points (34g-64a) in 129 career games.
