
Only Lawn Tickets Likely Available For Friday's Opening Day

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats announced today that they expect only lawn seats to be available for the team's April 11th home opener against the Las Vegas 51s (Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers). Limited reserved seating is still available for the Saturday night (7:05 p.m. game time) and Sunday afternoon (1:05 p.m. game time) games against Las Vegas at Raley Field.
The team will open the Raley Field gates at 5:00 p.m. on Friday to accommodate the expected large crowd.
Saturday night's game will feature the first Sutter Health Postgame Fireworks show of the season and Sunday's matinee will be the first U.S. Bank Kids' Day of the year.
Individual tickets for games throughout the River Cats' 2008 regular season at Raley Field are currently available at the Raley Field Ticket Office or online at Rivercats.com. Premier seating at every River Cats game throughout the 2008 season can be secured through purchase of River Cats Full Season Tickets, Mini Plans or Group Packages. 2008 River Cats Season Tickets or Mini Plans can be purchased at the Raley Field Ticket Office or by calling the River Cats Ticket Hotline at (916) 371-HITS.
