OKC Dodgers Game Postponed Monday

Des Moines, Iowa - Monday's series finale between the Oklahoma City Dodgers and Iowa Cubs at Principal Park has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up at a later date, yet to be determined.

The Dodgers and I-Cubs were only able to play three of their scheduled five games in their season-opening series due to wintry weather. They will eventually have to make up two games throughout the season.

After winning two of the three games that were played, the Dodgers head back to Oklahoma City for the first homestand of the season. The Dodgers host Round Rock in the home opener Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and Opening Day pregame festivities will take place on the field starting around 6:45 p.m. Watch a special entrance by mascot Brix in a 1929 Dodge provided by Reno Rod and Custom Supply Inc. The Oklahoma Wing of the Commemorative Air Force will perform a pregame flyover featuring a Fairchild PT-19 trainer aircraft from the World War II era.

A fireworks show, presented by Kimray, will follow the conclusion of the Dodgers' first home game of 2018.
