Isotopes Issue City of Albuquerque Check for over $1.5 Million

In what has become an annual spring tradition, the Albuquerque Isotopes presented a check to the City of Albuquerque and Mayor Tim Keller for $1,550,880.41 at the city-owned Isotopes Park. The payment represents the basic rent sum plus surcharge amounts paid by the team to the city, per the stadium lease.

With today's presentation, the Isotopes have now paid the City of Albuquerque a total of $26,592,355.75, (an average of $1,772,823.72) for use of Isotopes Park over the past 15 seasons.

The Isotopes Home Opener is tomorrow, April 10 at 6:35 p.m.
