Oklahoma City - Kiké Hernandez connected on a bases-loaded RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning to secure the first walk-off win of the season for the Oklahoma City Dodgers, 6-5, against the Nashville Sounds Wednesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

The OKC Dodgers (5-2) fell behind 5-0 for the second straight game, then erased the deficit for the second night in a row to force extra innings in front of a crowd of 3,747.

OKC Dodgers first baseman O'Koyea Dickson homered on a fly ball to left field in the eighth inning to knot up the score, 5-5. He finished the night 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored. Third baseman Buck Britton also had three hits for Oklahoma City, along with two RBI and a run scored.

The Sounds (4-3) built a 5-0 lead by the second inning. Billy Burns led off the game with a triple and scored on a sacrifice fly by Joey Wendle. Three batters later, Kent Matthes hit a two-run single to left field for a 3-0 edge in the first.

The Sounds added two more runs in the second inning. Anthony Aliotti walked with one out. Burns followed with a double and both runners then scored on a triple from Wendle for a 5-0 lead.

In the bottom of the frame, a RBI single from Dickson brought home the first run of the night for the Dodgers. He later scored on a double from Britton with two outs to cut the Nashville lead to 5-2.

The second double of the night for Oklahoma City's Kyle Jensen scored Chris Heisey to cut the Nashville lead to 5-3 in the third inning.

Britton's RBI single to left field in the sixth inning cut Nashville's lead to 5-4. Catcher Brian Ward followed and drew a walk to load the bases with two outs, but Darnell Sweeney struck out to end the inning.

Dickson's first Triple-A homer tied up the game, 5-5, in the eighth.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Oklahoma City loaded the bases with two outs, but Matt Carson was called out on strikes to end the inning.

Then in the bottom of the 10th inning, Britton singled and moved to second on a sacrifice bunt from Ward. Nashville pitcher Kevin Whelan intentionally walked Sweeney before a single from Heisey with one out loaded the bases for shortstop Hernandez. His game-winning hit was the first of the night for Hernandez and boosted the Dodgers to a 2-1 lead in the series.

OKC Dodgers reliever Josh Ravin (1-0) recorded the win, tossing two scoreless and hitless innings. He recorded five strikeouts, including four in the ninth inning, as Nashville's Wendle struck out during the inning, yet reached base on an error by the catcher.

Four Oklahoma City pitchers combined to strike out 14 Nashville batters in the win, including three strikeouts from Freddy Garcia who made a spot start for Oklahoma City and pitched 2.0 innings.

Barry Zito started on the mound for the Sounds, allowing four runs and five hits, walking two and striking out five over 5.2 innings. Fernando Rodriguez was charged with a blown save and Whelan the loss for Nashville.
