March 22, 2011 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
Tulsa Oilers News Release

With the Tulsa Oilers heading into the final weekend of the season, and the Oilers hungry for the playoffs, they are taking some time to help fight senior hunger.

Oiler players will be at eight area Papa John ‚¬â„¢s locations on Wednesday March 23rd from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Fans are encouraged to visit the locations in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Glenpool to meet Oiler players and get pictures and autographs.

Papa John ‚¬â„¢s will be donating a portion of the sales on Wednesday to Kenzie ‚¬â„¢s Cause and Meals on Wheels to help fight senior hunger. Kenzie ‚¬â„¢s cause is an effort by 12-year old Kenzie Chabino to get school children to make handmade greeting cards that are delivered to seniors with their meals from Meals on Wheels. Kenzie ‚¬â„¢s Cause goal is one million cards delivered nationwide.

The eight participating Papa John ‚¬â„¢s locations are 11th and Delaware; 71st and Elm (Broken Arrow); 51st and Harvard; 31st and Garnett; 61st and Mingo; 91st and Yale; 86th St. N and 129th (Owasso); and Highway 75 by Walmart (Glenpool).

Tickets for all Oilers home playoff games at the BOK Center range from $15 to $45. The Oilers conclude the regular with home games on Saturday March 26th against the Wichita Thunder at 7:35 p.m. and Sunday March 27th against the Allen Americans at 4:05 p.m.
