
Oilers Aid Make-A-Wish

It will be a Wednesday, but the Oilers are helping T.G.I. Friday's raise funds for the Make-A-Wish foundation.
On November 3rd , the T.G.I. Friday's restaurant at 41st and Yale is hosting a regional bartending competition and auction to benefit Make-A Wish. The Oilers have donated autographed items for the auction and broadcaster Steve McCall will emcee the auction.
The competition begins at 6 p.m. and brings together bartenders from around the Midwest in a display of showmanship and drink making ability. Tips for the bartenders and proceeds from the drinks made during the completion will also benefit Make-A-Wish.
The Oilers begin a four game road trip Friday at Missouri. Their next home game is Thursday November 18th against the Allen Americans at the BOK Center at 7:05 p.m.
Season tickets for 2010-11 with plans for as low as $26 a month are now available by calling the Oilers office at 918-632-PUCK (7825).
