OF Ryan Brett, who has appeared in six games with the Knights this season (1-for-13), was assigned to the Double-A Birmingham Barons today. Brett returns to Birmingham, where he has appeared in 44 games with the club this season. He is hitting .266 (42-for-158) with 25 runs scored, nine doubles, one triple, three home runs, and 15 RBIs with Birmingham in 2018.
