Modesto, CA. - A late home run sent the Modesto Nuts to a 4-2 extra-innings loss to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes at John Thurman Field on Wednesday night.
In the top of the tenth, Cody Bellinger whacked a go-ahead, two-run homer off Nuts' (28-31) reliever Matt Carasiti (L, 0-4).
