North Division leading Bulldogs look to snap six-game winless streak

The Hamilton Bulldogs will look to snap their season high six-game winless streak on Wednesday, March 3rd when they will host the Syracuse Crunch at Copps Coliseum. The Bulldogs have posted a record of (0-3-2-1) in their past six games.

After Wednesday's game the Bulldogs will hit the road for a game in Cleveland on Friday, March 5th (7:05 p.m.) versus the Barons and then a pair of contests in Chicago against the Wolves on Saturday, March 6th (8:00 p.m.) and Sunday, March 7th (4:00 p.m.), respectively.

The Bulldogs continue to lead the AHL's North Division with 73 points on a record of 30 wins, 18 losses, 9 ties and 4 overtime losses.

BULLDOGS TEAM NOTES:
The Bulldogs need just four power play goals to reach 500 all-time ... of the Bulldogs 19 remaining games; just seven are on home ice ... Hamilton has out shot their opponents in 44 of 61 games this season and have posted a record of 25-11-6-2 when out shooting the opposition ... the Bulldogs are the AHL's third least penalized team, as they have averaged just 15.74 penalty minutes per game ... the Bulldogs power play is operating at 14.7% (43-292), which is 13th in the AHL ... on the penalty kill Hamilton has a 87.8% (251-286) success rate (6th in AHL) ... the Bulldogs have played in 19 overtime games this season and have posted a record of six wins, nine ties and four overtime losses.

JOZEF BALEJ - was the Bulldogs leading scorer in February with 12 points (2-10-12) in 11 games

ALEXANDER PEREZHOGIN - was Hamilton's top scorer this week with four assists in 3 games

JEAN-PHILIPPE COTE-has a plus/minus rating of (+18), is second among AHL rookies

TOMAS PLEKANEC - leads Bulldogs in road scoring with 20 points (8-12-20) in 26 games played

FANS TO VOTE "HEROES OF HOMETOWN HOCKEY ALL-TIME TEAM" AT 'PIZZA PIZZA':
Hamilton hockey fans have the opportunity to vote for the "Heroes of Hometown Hockey All-Time Team" at Hamilton area "Pizza Pizza" locations. All players and coaches on the ballot are from the Hamilton area or have made significant contributions to Hamilton hockey. Fans can make their vote for the top three forwards, two defenceman, one goaltender and one coach at any of the eleven Hamilton 'Pizza Pizza' locations. The ballots will be collected on Tuesday, March 16th and the individuals on the ballots with the most votes will be named to the "Heroes of Hometown Hockey All-Time Team", which will be announced at the "Heroes of Hometown Hockey" game on Friday, March 26th at 7:00 p.m. when the Bulldogs host the St. John's Maple Leafs at Copps Coliseum.

BULLDOGS DRAW OVER 5,000 THE PAST EIGHT GAMES:
Over 5,000 fans have attended each of the Bulldogs past eight home games dating back to February 4th. The Bulldogs have averaged 4,457 fans through 33 home games this season.
