Nailers Announce Playoff Packages, Pricing for 2016
March 30, 2016 - ECHL (ECHL)
Wheeling Nailers News Release
WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, have announced their ticket information for the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
The Nailers are currently tied for fifth place in the Eastern Conference, having gone 34-25-8 in their first 67 games, which is good for 76 points. The top eight teams in each conference qualify for the postseason, a feat which Wheeling is hoping to accomplish for the 14th time in 24 seasons. The Nailers magic number to clinch a playoff spot is nine.
Full season ticket holders (1-year or 3-year) have the first four home games of the Kelly Cup Playoffs already included in their season ticket packages, meaning no extra purchase or payment is required for those contests. Following those four games, all additional tickets may be purchased with a credit card, and the credit card will be charged after the conclusion of each playoff round. Ticket prices per game for the first three rounds will be the same as they were during the regular season for season ticket holders.
For non-season ticket holders, the Nailers are offering a similar package, which will guarantee the same seat for all 2016 Kelly Cup Playoff home games, in addition to saving between $2-4 off of the regular price. Fans interested in purchasing a playoff package can pay via credit card, with the charge going through after each postseason round.
Fans who purchase new season tickets for 2016-17 will receive free tickets for each of the remaining home games during the regular season, in addition to qualifying for the season ticket holder rate for 2016 Kelly Cup Playoff tickets.
Playoff Package tickets start as low as $10 per game for season ticket holders and $12 per game for non-season ticket holders, compared to $15 when bought individually and $16 on game day. Playoff Packages must be purchased through the Nailers office by calling (304) 234-GOAL.
