Jason Jaramillo cashed Chris Roberson and Joe Thurston on an RBI single. Then the Lynx scored twice more in the bottom of the sixth. Joe Thurston scored Dusty Wathan on a sac fly and Gary Burnham drove in a run when he was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded.
Toledo kept coming, scoring once more in the top of the seventh and twice more in the top of the ninth. The Lynx countered with one last run in the bottom of the ninth to close the scoring as they fell to Toledo 11-8.
