Winnipeg, MB - The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club announced today the team has recalled goaltender Colton Phinney from the Indy Fuel (ECHL).
Phinney, 24, owns a 5-8-2 record with a 3.29 goals against average and a 0.888 save percentage in 22 appearances split between Indy and Jacksonville this season. Prior to his professional career, the Chatham, N.J. native spent four seasons at Princeton University where he played in 110 games, compiling a record of 27-74-9 with a 3.10 goals against average and 0.912 save percentage.
