Mobil Super Tour Coming to Beloit

BELOIT, WI - Friday, July 26th figures to be a fantastic night at Pohlman Field as the Mobil Super Tour pays a visit to the Beloit Snappers. The Snappers are scheduled to take on the Kane County Cougars at 7:00pm on that night and Mobil's 40-foot Super-branded tour bus will be on hand, adding all kinds of excitement to the evening.
The tour will be bringing with it a slew of special events and offers. The evening will begin outside the ballpark, as Mobil Super brand ambassadors will greet fans, disseminate product information and hand out rebate coupons and souvenirs. There will also be a character artist on hand to draw fan portraits and Mobil's Mascot Super Sam will be signing autographs.
During the game, fans will get the chance to win free merchandise and oil changes through a prize wheel and on-field activities. In the top of the second, a youngster will be in the press box announcing the batters. The on-field festivities will include a Dizzy Dipstick Race, a T-Shirt Gun firing shirts into the crowd and a Shuffle with Super Sam!
This will be one of 52 stops in 16 states for the Mobil Super Go the Distance Tour this summer. This cross-country trip is expected to reach more than 500,000 fans.
