Hamilton Bulldogs News Release
The Hamilton Bulldogs announced today they have assigned goaltender Olivier Michaud to the Columbus Cottonmouths of the ECHL.
Michaud, a 20-year-old native of Beloiel, Quebec, has played in 15 games for the Bulldogs this season, earning a record of four wins, six losses and three ties. The 5'11, 172 pound netminder posted a 2.30 goals against average, a .913 save percentage and two shutouts in Hamilton. Michaud has also played in 21 games with Columbus this season earning a 3.03 goals against average and a .895 save percentage.
The Bulldogs next action will take place on Thursday, April 1st (8:00 p.m.) when they travel to Milwaukee to face the first place Admirals. Bulldogs fans can listen to Derek Wills call all the action on 820 CHAM-AM and online at www.hamiltonbulldogs.com.
