Memphis Grizzlies Re-Assign James Ennis and Jarell Martin to the Iowa Energy

Des Moines, Iowa. - The Memphis Grizzlies re-assigned forward James Ennis and forward Jarell Martin to the Iowa Energy, Grizzlies General Manager Chris Wallace announced today.

Ennis (6-7, 210) has averaged 1.3 points in 3.6 minutes in 10 games for the Grizzlies and Miami Heat this season, his second in the NBA following a four-year collegiate career at California State University, Long Beach. This marks the 25-year-old's eighth assignment to the Energy, where has recorded 17.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 34.2 minutes in 12 games (all starts).

Martin (6-10, 239) has logged two points in nine minutes in two appearances for the Grizzlies after he was drafted by Memphis in the first round (25th overall) of the 2015 NBA Draft following his sophomore season at the Louisiana State University. This marks the 21-year-old's fifth assignment to Iowa, where he has posted 12.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 28.2 minutes in six games (five starts).
