BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Oklahoma City Blue fell to the Bakersfield Jam, 132-111, on Tuesday at Dignity Health Event Center.
All five Blue starters scored in double figures, led by JP Tokoto with 21 points. Dez Wells scored 20 points and Dakari Johnson totaled 16. Marquis Teague notched 14 points and seven assists and Kameron Woods added 10 points and 11 rebounds.
The Blue's offense dished out 23 assists as Oklahoma City shot 51.9 percent from the floor.
The Jam outscored the Blue 30-25 in the opening quarter and expanded on its lead with a 10-2 run in the middle of the second frame to go into halftime ahead 77-61. Oklahoma City cut the deficit to three with seven minutes remaining in the third after a 14-2 burst to start the second half. Bakersfield outscored the Blue 24-13 for the rest of the quarter and led by double digits the remainder of the night.
The Blue (10-21) scored 62 of its points in the paint.
Bakersfield (12-19) was led by Terrico White with 37 points and eight rebounds.
