
Meet NHL Hall of Famer Tony Esposito on February 26

Rockford, Ill.- Chicago Blackhawks legend and National Hockey League Hall of Famer Tony Esposito will be on hand signing autographs and meeting fans when the Rockford IceHogs take on the Chicago Wolves at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 5:05 p.m. presented by U.S. Cellular.
From 3:45-4:50 p.m., Esposito will be signing autographs outside of Oink Outfitters on the main concourse in the BMO Harris Bank Center. A limited number of fans will receive a wristband upon entry that authorizes an autograph.
Wristbands will be available at all entrances of the BMO Harris Bank Center and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only fans with a wristband will receive an autograph.
The NHL Hall-of-Famer will drop the ceremonial puck before the game and then return to the concourse to sign autographs for the remaining fans in line.
Esposito played in parts of 16 NHL seasons, including 15 with the Blackhawks from 1969-1984, racking up 423 wins in 886 appearances. The Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario native also recorded 76 career NHL shutouts, including 15 during the 1969-70 season.
The puck-stopper is a three-time winner of the Vezina Trophey (1970, 1972, 1974) awarded to the NHL's top goaltender, and was a six-time NHL All-Star. Esposito's #35 was retired by the Blackhawks on Nov. 20, 1998.

Also on Feb. 26, the first 1,500 fans to the game will receive Tony Esposito replica goalie mask courtesy of U.S. Cellular.
Next Home Game: Wednesday, Feb. 8 vs. Lake Erie Monsters. Game time is 7:05 p.m. The IceHogs return to the BMO Harris Bank Center for the first time since the All-Star break to play their first home game in the month of February. It's a Taco Bell Dollar Day. Fans can purchase beers, hot dogs, soft drinks and companion tickets for just one dollar a piece.
