AHL Announces Suspensions

February 7, 2012 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release


SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:

- Springfield Falcons defenseman Theo Ruth has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of his match penalty for cross-checking incurred in a game vs. Norfolk on Feb. 4.

Ruth has already served one game of the suspension. He will also miss Springfield's game Friday (Feb. 10) vs. Connecticut.

- Worcester Sharks right wing James Livingston has been suspended for two (2) games as a result of a boarding incident in a game at St. John's on Feb. 4.

Livingston will miss Worcester's games Friday (Feb. 10) vs. Manchester and Saturday (Feb. 11) at Hershey.
