Means Activated from Dragons Disabled List

Dayton, Ohio-The Dayton Dragons announced the following roster move today:

Outfielder Andrew Means has been activated from the disabled list.

The Dragons roster is now at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.

Means suffered a broken index finger on his right hand on June 9 at Beloit and has been on the disabled list since that date. Means is batting .282 with no home runs and 13 runs batted in this season in 49 games with the Dragons. He is tied for the team lead in stolen bases with 12. Means led all Midwest League outfielders in putouts at the time of his injury.

The Dragons open a three-game series at Fifth Third Field tonight when they host the Great Lakes Loons at 7:00 p.m. The series continues with games Friday and Saturday, both at 7:00 p.m. Friday night's game will be televised on WHIO Digital Channel 7.2 (Time Warner Basic Cable Channel 23).
